To ship a parcel using Spee-Dee Ship Software, you must first contact Spee-Dee Sales at 800-862-5578 to establish a shipping account.

The following are the minimum hardware requirements, in addition to the requirements imposed by the operating system, necessary for Spee-Dee Ship to work properly.
- 1 GHz or faster processor
- 1 GB RAM
- 1 GB available hard disk space
- Super VGA (screen resolution of 800×600 pixels minimum)
- Thermal, laser, or inkjet printer for reports and labels
One of the following operating systems:
- Microsoft Windows 10
- Microsoft Windows 11
* Spee-Dee does not support Windows versions prior to 10, any Windows emulator, Mac OS or Linux
