Pick-Up Tag Service
Pick-Up Tag Service is available for customers who have a Spee-Dee Delivery standard account. With this service, a pick-up tag is issued to have a package picked up from a customer and returned to your shipping location. Pick-Up Tag Service is available throughout our entire service area. Two pickup attempts per pick-up tag.
Spee Dee Delivery’s maximum liability for loss and damage is $100.00 per package for qualifying shipments. Spee Dee Delivery will pay the shipper’s replacement cost (not the retail or wholesale cost charged by the shipper). Additional declared value cannot be purchased for Pick-Up Tag Service.
Pricing and Tag Generation
One pick-up tag is required per package, and the cost per pick-up tag is $8.00 plus the weight of the package (additional charges or exclusions may apply). Pick-up tags can be generated through Spee-Dee Ship Software as well as compliant third-party manifest software. Hard copies of pick-up tags can be obtained by emailing a request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Drop Shipments and Multiple Package Pick-ups
Drop shipments are not available through Spee Dee Delivery’s Pick-Up Tag Service. Please refer to our On-Call Pick-Up Service for drop shipments.
